Guillermo F Luzardo
Principal and CEO Guillermo is the Principal of GFL Consulting’s construction dispute resolution and project management practice in San Francisco, CA. He has managed the preparation and defense of numerous construction claims involving both schedule analysis and the calculation of financial damages, in addition to several multi-million dollar projects. Guillermo has a 20 plus years of hands on experience in the construction industry, has worked both, within the US and internationally, and has held positions as an Engineer, Scheduler, Estimator, Contract Administrator, Contracts & Claims Manager, Director & Partner for several world class organizations. |
